Terms of Service

By accessing VeloxMart, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use VeloxMart. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify identity and refuse service at our discretion.

Each product on VeloxMart is sold under a specific licence described on its product page. Unless stated otherwise, licences are:

• Single-user, non-transferable. Use is limited to the purchasing account.
• No redistribution. You may not resell, sublicense, or share downloaded files with third parties.
• Download limits. Each licence includes a defined number of downloads within a validity window. Limits are shown in your Downloads dashboard.
• Third-party terms. Products may bundle open-source components. You are responsible for complying with those components' licences.

All content on VeloxMart — including product listings, descriptions, images, and platform code — is the property of VeloxMart or its respective sellers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Purchasing a product grants you a limited licence to use it as described; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. The VeloxMart name, logo, and platform design are trademarks of VeloxMart and may not be used without prior written permission.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. All prices are displayed in your selected currency. Once payment is confirmed:

• Digital download access is activated immediately in your dashboard.
• A purchase confirmation is sent to your registered email address.
• A downloadable invoice is available from your Orders dashboard.

We do not store card details. All payment data is handled exclusively by Paystack.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at support@veloxmartstore.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for loss resulting from failure to maintain account security.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, licence revocation, and legal action where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeloxMart and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any purchased product. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We make no warranties that products are error-free or suitable for a particular purpose beyond what is described in the listing.

Support is provided through the Help Centre in your dashboard. For billing disputes or escalations, email support@veloxmartstore.com with your order number. We aim to resolve disputes within five business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, see our Refund Policy for further options.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of VeloxMart after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which VeloxMart operates. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
