Vendor Agreement

VeloxMart operates as a marketplace venue and intermediary. Each seller remains solely responsible for the products, descriptions, files, and claims they publish. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of a seller's content to VeloxMart or authorizes the sale of any third-party brand, software, account, or credential unless the seller has written permission to do so.

You must operate a legitimate business or be otherwise authorised to sell every item you list. By onboarding, you confirm that you have all licences, consents, and distribution rights required for your catalogue.

• Use accurate titles, descriptions, previews, and pricing.
• Do not upload counterfeit, infringing, misleading, or unlawful material.
• If a product involves software access or account credentials, you must have express permission from the rights holder or service owner.
• Provide proof of rights or authorization promptly when requested.

VeloxMart may review, hide, suspend, or remove any listing at any time if a complaint, infringement notice, or policy concern is received. We may also place payouts on hold while we investigate. Repeat violations or refusal to cooperate can lead to permanent account termination.

Payouts are subject to successful verification, refund activity, chargebacks, and compliance checks. You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate and for resolving buyer issues in good faith.

You must not list products that infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights. You also may not use VeloxMart to distribute content you do not have the right to sell or resell.

You agree to indemnify and hold VeloxMart harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your listings, including claims that your products, images, or copy infringe another party's rights or violate applicable law.
